2. Eligibility & Account Responsibilities

✔ Maintain confidentiality of any account login credentials.

You are responsible for all activity under your account. LexFront is not liable for unauthorized account use if your credentials are compromised.

3. Payment & Subscription Terms

3.1 Pricing & Billing

• LexFront services are available on a subscription or one-time payment basis.

• Subscription fees are charged automatically on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan).

• Prices are listed on our Website and are subject to change with prior notice.

3.2 Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options via third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).

3.3 Refund Policy

• Refunds are available only within the first 7 days of service for new subscribers.

• No refunds will be issued once work has been completed or delivered.

• Subscription cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.

4. Service Delivery & Client Responsibilities

4.1 Turnaround Time

We aim to complete website designs within 7 to 14 days, depending on the scope. Larger projects may take longer, with an estimated timeline provided at project initiation.

4.2 Client Content & Cooperation

To ensure timely delivery, clients must provide necessary information, images, and content in a reasonable timeframe. Delays in client responses may result in project delays.

4.3 Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Clients retain ownership of their website content, branding, and legal materials.

• LexFront retains the right to use design elements and templates for portfolio purposes unless agreed otherwise.

• Any third-party software, plugins, or integrations are subject to their respective licensing agreements.

5. Website Maintenance & Support

• Monthly maintenance plans cover regular updates, security monitoring, and minor website adjustments.

• Major redesigns, additional functionality, or complex changes may incur separate charges.

• LexFront is not responsible for third-party hosting issues, software failures, or external cyberattacks beyond our control.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Clients may not use LexFront services for:

❌ Illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive activities

❌ Hate speech, harassment, or offensive content

❌ Spam, malware, or unauthorized data collection

We reserve the right to terminate services without refund if a client violates these policies.

7. Limitation of Liability

LexFront is not responsible for:

⚠ Loss of business or revenue due to website downtime, SEO ranking changes, or third-party disruptions.

⚠ Security breaches or hacks outside of our control.

⚠ Legal claims arising from content posted on client websites.

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services in the last 3 months.

8. Termination & Cancellation

8.1 Client Cancellation

• Clients can cancel subscriptions anytime. Services will remain active until the end of the billing period.

• No refunds for unused time unless stated in our refund policy.

8.2 LexFront Termination Rights

We may terminate services if:

✔ A client violates these Terms.

✔ A client fails to make payment.

✔ We discontinue services or cease operations (with prior notice).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on our Website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes must first be resolved through negotiation or mediation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
